As we will also be doing some Incorporated business (see advice from our Treasurer below), I have included the previous Inc minutes in the ‘Upcoming Meeting’ section so that we can adopt these.

I made a mistake in the budget for 2013 that I presented at the last meeting. I had made a term deposit of $38,000 during the year to obtain a better interest rate than we had been getting and that deposit got left out. As a result, a projected $8,000 liability by 2016 becomes a
$30,000 asset. I would like to report this and propose that the decision of the last INC meeting that the finance committee look into a levy on the congregations be rescinded.
