New items for attention from this meeting
– Each congregation to develop a Working With Children check register
– Interchurch Relations Secretary to respond to Rowland Ward
– A. Stewart, J. McEwen and E. Blackwood to bring draft guidelines to Presbytery for what are appropriate activities on the Lord’s Day during camps
– Geelong session to host 2014 youth presentation
– Finance Committee look into what steps are required for properties to be bought and sold
– McKinnon visitation report to be presented to McKinnon congregation by representative from the Commission
– Missions Committee to form committee for hosting a mission team from the RPCNA from (tentatively) June 5 to July 9 2014.
– Presbytery to organise three-way pulpit swaps in the congregations and at least one combined service a year.
– The following meeting schedule for Presbytery in 2014 was agreed to: 15 February, 3 May, 2 August and 8 November in McKinnon from 9am to 4pm
– Brandon Fisher will conduct the next devotions in February
