If you visit the website, under Upcoming Meeting, there are also past minutes that we will hopefully approve at this meeting. Ths includes the revised Deacons minutes from May that required clarification.
There is the Camp Committee Mandate which we need to consider adopting.
We will also do some Incorporated business, so there is an agenda, previous minutes and a budget to consider.
